Refund policy

Membership Subscription Refund:

• If you find that our services do not meet your expectations and you were unable to exceed two sessions, we offer a partial refund for your membership subscription. Please note that a per-session fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Otherwise, cancellation and refund are not applicable.
  

Emergency or Injury Refund:

• In case of unforeseen emergencies or injuries, we understand that you may need to discontinue our services temporarily. We offer a partial refund upon presentation of a valid medical certificate for the affected period. However, a per-session fee will be charged for the days attended.
